So something I think a lot of us may do.

You know, I've seen it be a pattern in a lot of people's lives and my own life.

And it's where we tone ourselves down.

Certain environments, conversations, dynamics, the way we show up.

We tone ourselves down.

We make ourselves seem lesser than we really are or as if we don't know as much as we do

know.

We just tone our essence down to be able to fit into the room.

And I think that's fine.

Of course, we go into different environments and we're all kind of like chameleons.

Like you will kind of shift the way you speak depending if you're at work or if you're

at home with your family or if you're with your bestie.

Like, of course, we're kind of, you know, we mold to our environments.

But when it comes to living in our true self and like our authentic self, like when

we are showing up in the world, I think it could be detrimental when we tone ourselves

down just to be accepted, just to be able to relate, just to be able to build a connection,

build a bridge.

Even when I started this podcast, actually interesting when I started this podcast, I actually

questioned if I should say power by, I questioned that because I was like, hmm, it's a little

bit like too far to one side.

Like, you know, it stems from, you know, rest of far, I, not a lot of people are going

to understand what I'm saying or relate to what I'm saying.
