You know, I was just meditating, I was thinking, you know, I was having a sound mind and what

came to me was, you have proven yourself already.

Those words were just ringing with a mouth system, you know, that inner voice was speaking.

You know when that inner voice speaks to you, it's not necessarily like a voice, but it's

a feeling, it's a knowing and it's important that we listen to this knowing that we accept

and receive this knowing because it just has something to say.

It will lift our spirit when we need it because we all need our spirits lifted at times,

don't we?

But I was sitting there in a sound mind and it was telling me that you have proven yourself

already, my friend, like where you are right now in the position you are in, the relationships

you have, the space that you're in, you have proven yourself to be there.

That's why you are there.

Of course there's more to do, more places to go, more things to attain, social ladders

to climb, career ladders to climb.

Sure, yes, we're going to do all that.

You already know.

And I said everything, go and be all right, but where you are right now, you have proven

yourself worthy, understand, of life, of living, of love.

Some of us feel like we have to prove ourselves to be loved and that's not true.

That's not true.

You have proven yourself, but you have to feel that within yourself, understand.

Feel that the position that you are in, that you are granted to be there.
