This would be the 22nd annual team up between the Justice League of America and the Justice Society, written by Kierp Bucig,

art by Alan Cooperberg, lettered by Ben Oda, colored by Gene D'Angelo, edited by Alan

Gold with a cover by Chuck Patton. First thing you need to know about this issue is that

Kurt Bucig's playing around with the narrative form in this a little bit. He actually has narration from the villain through most of the story who goes by the name of

the commander.

The one thing you need to know about the commander is he wants to take over the earth, but someone

called the champion is trying to stop him.

That's just a simple breakdown of that.

We open with a nice splash page with different historical

events from Earth 1. You see Batman, you see the Eiffel Tower, you see the Blackhawks, not the

Blackhawks, the hockey team, but the fighter pilots. We see Lucy and Desi, all kinds of great

Earth 1 things. And we see that the commander's searching

for some sort of weakness on this earth.

He sees a vision of the Green Lantern

who's far away from Earth and doesn't want to be there.

The Phantom Stranger who's just wandering the universe.

The Adam, who's searching for a city in his dreams.

And then he gets to the satellite.

And we see a vision of what's going on inside of

there, and we see the Justice Leaguers from the Martian invasion story running to the teleporter
