We begin, Central City Police Station,

the Flash running into drop-off Doctor Alchemy,

though I do enjoy at the end of the last issue,

we saw Mr. Element and Flash walking away. At some point, the Flash must have been like, oh, that's right, I have to arrest Dr. Alchemy. This is where he's brought him to the police station. At the same time that he has brought Dr. Alchemy in, there's somebody else there, someone of interest. Fiona Webb, Barry Allen's neighbor

who she claims is trying to kill her. The sergeant at the desk is, of course, a little,

takes it with a little bit of incredulity, because Barry Allen has been a loyal police scientist at the station

for years. He's just a normal dude. Everyone knows him. He's good. He's one of the good guys.

He wouldn't be trying to kill her. But it doesn't even make any sense. Well, Fiona Webb does not take

this well. She's starting to freak out. She says no one ever takes her complaint seriously.
