Our first story in this issue is The Sabretooth is a very deadly beast,

written by Carrie Bates, art, both pencils and inks by Don Hack, lettered by Milt Snapein,

colored by Gene D'Angelo. We begin. Fiona Webb's apartment, she just come back from a lovely

meal at Mack Nathan's, where she was almost killed by the assassin saber tooth.

She's coming to her apartment. She feels something off. She looks around, and it appears that

Barry Allen is about to shoot her with a gun. Just what she has feared the last couple issues.

She's begging for him not to shoot. Barry will have none of it, calls her by her given name

Beverly Lewis, and promises to end it

very, very quickly. Well, Fiona, she's feisty. She picks up a heavy lamp, always have a heavy

lamp if you think someone's trying to hurt you, launches it at what appears to be Barry, knocking

him over, the gun goes off out in in the hallway, Troy, Max's son,

was just coming over to deliver some sunglasses

that Fiona had left behind.

He hears a gunshot, sees the bullet rip through the door.

This kid's got balls, because he yells,

this is the policeman coming in, hoping to freak out who's ever inside.

He knocks the door open, falls to the ground,

just in time to see what
