Welcome back for the Flash number 237 in November 1975 issue,

You may remember from the previous two issues, Barry and Iris have been separated for a good reason.

There's something wrong with Iris.

She has some sort of disease.

Something's wrong with her that if she interacts with Barry, it's going to cause the end of the world.

The people that know this are Dr. Fate and Jake Garrick from Earth 2, so they snatched Iris away to try and heal her, but they couldn't.

So they've sent her into the future to meet up with her parents in the year 2975 who might be able to cure.

We last left Barry getting ready to try and use the cosmic treadmill to go into the future.

And we see this all happening through the peeping Tom Crystal Ball of Dr. Fade as they

see what's going on.

We see Barry running in this flash costume on the cosmic treadmill, except it's not going anywhere. He's been running for an hour. He's thinking himself, there must be something wrong with the cosmic treadmill. He's just, he's just been running. It's not going. He's vibrating. He should be going to the future. We cut back to Earth 2, where Dr. Fate and Jay Garrick are watching everything.

It's Dr. Fate put a spell on the cosmic treadmill so it wouldn't quite work.

Finally, Barry's like, oh, let me experiment.

If I can't go forward, I can't go backward, I'm going to move sideways.

And he starts vibrating sideways away from the treadmill.

And since he's already vibrating at the right speed,

pop, he disappears. Twitch Jay says, Flash found a way to Outwittis. Do something, Dr. Fade,

saying, there's only one thing enough to do, my friend. We shit our pants. Now, he doesn't say that,
