Tom versus Flash number 231 or you thought the bathrooms at a comic book convention were bad.

Welcome back to the Flash number 231, the January, February 1975 issue, featuring a cover by Nick Hardy with the entire issue being edited by Julie Schwartz.

The first story in this issue is, the only crook flash could never catch.

Written by Kerry Bates with pencils by Irv Novick, inks by Frank McLaughlin. We start right in the

middle of something. Something familiar we've seen before. It's mirror master shooting a

bazooka at what looks to be a mirror that is the flash

Obviously the flash has been turned into a mirror

This happens all the time

The bazooka shell hits the mirror

And it shatters the flash is dead

We cut to another scene

Where the top is thrown an explosive top

At the flash, it explodes hurting him

We cut to another scene of the top having turned

the flash a new old man jacking him in the face and then we see a scene of weather wizard

showering the flash with acid rain causing him to melt these all should seem familiar because these are

scenes we kind of saw happen in various issues where the Flash has fought these various rogues.

The Flash always found a way to avoid it.

Even he was pretending to be an old man.

He had costumes.

Dexter Miles helped him out.

We see what's really going on.
