| 0:32.6 | outside Central City? Yes. I mean, we've seen him in mountainous regions nearby. It's hilly, |
| 0:38.3 | at least. We're going to learn a little bit about Central City's geography in this issue, and some of the idiosyncrasies |

| 1:29.0 | Twirling his arms, creates a section effect, pulling it backwards until it finally pulls over. |
| 1:34.3 | Flash tells the guy to get out and bring out his license when three men step out of this fine sedan. |
| 1:40.6 | And they're dressed oddly. It's a race car driver, a scuba man, and a jet pilot. |
| 1:47.4 | I know it sounds like the beginning of a joke, |
| 1:50.1 | and you might be wondering, |
| 1:51.9 | would three men dress like this right in a car together? |
| 1:54.5 | Probably not that strange in the DC universe, |
| 1:57.1 | but in this case, you know, the Flash seems a little shocked. |
| 2:00.3 | All three of these men in unison starts saying, |
| 2:04.3 | we've been hypnotized against our will flash, |
