Welcome back to the Flash number 218, the October, November, 1972 issue,

We start with Barry and Iris driving around in a fancy futuristic-looking car.

It seems Iris is doing a story about the electric car.

See, these concerns were even important back in the early 70s,

and we still don't have tons of electric cars everywhere.

My biggest criticism is this electric car looks just ridiculous.

It doesn't look good at all. But Barry's excited saying there'll be less smug on the streets,

but you got Central City is a driving city. People don't walk anywhere there. You drive to the park.

You drive across the street. It's just how it works. So while they're heading around downtown, traffic

gets a little gnarled up, and guess what? There's a pack of Scotsman, a parade of Scotsman,

with their bagpipes wandering around. Barry says it must be some sort of Scottish holiday.

A little known fact, Central City filled with Scotsman. And, you know, they have all their weird holidays.

They're just excuses to get days off from work.

And when the parade's going on, you can't get anywhere.

And there's bagpipe music everywhere.

It's a huge hassle.
