We begin small Caribbean island,

a shady criminal by the name of Hadley,

hanging out on an island with an equally shady doctor

who does not get a name.

Now, this doctor has a big plan for Hadley.

The shady doctor had been thrown in jail for five years as of all of his criminal dealings with plastic surgery and the mafia. So he's thrown in

prison and his brilliant career was destroyed. But he spent his time on this island. He of course

got a prison, got to the island, did some studying. And now that he's met Hadley, he's got a plan to use Hadley to do sinister things. You see,

the doctors learned how to create gills and a man, how to give someone an extra lung,

how to give someone all the physical powers that Aquaman has. They aimed for, you know,

Aquaman. You can't duplicate Superman. You can't,

you can't implant dedication of Batman into someone. You can't give someone super speed with

like new legs. I mean, Aquaman's powers are unique, but I guess if you had the time and the

inclination and you're on a Caribbean island, you could figure out how to give someone the powers of Aquaman.

Hadley's excited if anything that's, if he has these powers,

as he says, whatever is on or below the ocean will belong to us,
