Featuring Art by Ramona Frayne, we begin underwater, Aquaman panicking, but he sees his pal, confidant, best friend, accountant, assistant, pets, loyal subject,

Topo in danger, threshing around with two of his friends, one that looks

kind of familiar, but Aquaman can't quite place him. And they look like they're in trouble. What's going on? Why are they threshing around? Like they're captioning in some sort of invisible net. And his Aquaman gets closer. He says, yes, they are, in fact, in an invisible net, and that made out of transparent material,

and it's all but an elaborate trap

as he gets close to them,

glass cage,

flogers. Yes, they are, in fact, in an invisible net. A net made out of transparent material, and it's all but an elaborate trap.

As he gets close to them, glass cage falls down upon Aquaman, trapping him, along with Topo and his two friends, one with which Aquaman sort of recognizes.

As the glass cage has lifted, we see exactly what's going on.

A group of smugglers have been hunting for

Aquaman for weeks. They're trying to get rid of him so they can take over the lucrative sea crime

business and now they got him. And just as they've captured him, a Coast Guard cutter is on their way.

So they have to make a move. They move Aquaman and Topo and his two friends, one which looks familiar to Aquaman, into an airplane while the others go about hiding the cage and coming up with an excuse.

They're going to get rid of Aquaman.

So the plane's taken off.

They're lying around.

Do they shoot Aquaman?

No, of course not.
