We begin, a remote tropical island in the Pacific, and two shady-looking gentlemen have arrived.

They, of course, work for a nationally prominent American aquarium. And like all aquariums,

they have hired the shiftyest con artists in the world. All of them. They're one step above

Carnies, aquarium workers. If you go to aquarium, they're going to try and con you. How are these two guys? One guy's got sunglasses. The other guy's kind of like a big hulking dude. He's probably super strong but stupid. And the other one's the smart con man. They come to this island to purchase some fish for the aquarium. They're the shifty-looking ones, they're not even up to anything in this issue. They're just there. They just work for the aquarium, and they're there to meet a Mr. Peters. Mr. Peters put up some advertising for some specials on swordfish and electric eels. Buy one swordfish, get a second one free, two eels for $5. They're really $2.50 apiece, but they want you to buy two of them.

So while the aquarium men are introducing themselves to Peters, Peters is distracted,

but all he can think about is the fact that he is truly Roy Pinto, escaped convict.

And if these aquarium people knew that he was Roy Pinto, they'd probably still buy fish from him.

They might even try and hire him.

But he's going to maintain the illusion of being Mr. Peters fish salesman.

So the two dudes from the aquarium are just watching Peters jumping into the electric eel tank to get a couple of electric eels up.
