We begin outside a South American port where there's a bunch of men in a rowboat.

They must have been leaving a ship, traveling from a ship to shore. Well, they're on their rowboat when a water spot is popped out of nowhere. A tornado on the ocean. It's coming right for them. It's a disaster. The boat's getting knocked over. Guess who's riding by on Topo? Aquaman. He sees the entire thing happening. These sailors are in luck. He's going to be able to save them quickly. Topo and Aquaman get to work.

Aquaman's grabbing some topos, keeping some afloat, some of them are knocked out.

Aquaman brings them back ashore, puts them back on their boat, and the sailors are incredibly happy.

This guy's got a white suit, a blue blazer, a white cap. He's not the captain. He's the first mate. The guy's a little bit smart.
