I'm delighted to say that Tom Rosenthal has joined me for the Gratitude List. And towards the end of our conversation on the main podcast, you were talking about how you have achieved some level of

spirituality in your life. And yet, you still get anxious, you still get neurotic about things,

you still stress. And it reminded me, so my sort of evening

routine now is about 8 o'clock because the evening's a bit longer. I walk out into the woods.

I just sit for five or 10 minutes. Ideally, phone and not with me, but sometimes it is and that's

okay. And I just wait for sort of like the natural world to forget I'm there.

So the deer come out and the birds come back and the rabbits come back.

And it just reminds me that I'm part of a cycle as opposed to a straight line
