takes us from dark gloomy January days to somewhere altogether more inviting

in the company of a nice guest as well. Today we're off to meet singer-songwriter

Tom Modell. With the anxiety I'm pleased I became aware of it because I've

adjusted my life and there's a hell of a lot of things I do beyond the transcendental

meditation to try and stay sane. I'm always surprised when people you love and

respect turn out to be as flawed as I am so I hope you'll get as much out of

they're just at a slower pace and I feel like I can just manage with everything

that bit better the sea has a huge effect on me so it will probably come as no

surprise to you that I've got options I'm either going to paint my bedroom in

this colour or my little tiny office where I write and do all of my Happy Place
