Tacoma and how did you get here?

Yeah, that is a very good question.

Sometimes I'm even a little surprised by how I ended up here.

Started in Tacoma, went to film school at USC, graduated from film school, felt totally lost,

I had no idea how to break into the industry.

This is back in the late 90s where to even do a low budget film is going to be $100,000. I know anybody with money.

There was no one in my family that had that kind of money.

To me, I was just telling somebody this yesterday, to me, $100,000 was the equivalent of like $10 million.

It was just an unattainable amount of money.

So I'm totally lost.

I don't know what to do.

And that sends me very close to depression.
