Hello, my friends. Welcome to together on 17. I in Austin, Texas did not bring my other

0:15.6

microphone. So you are going to hear the intro right now and we're going to go straight

0:20.0

into this run. Today is my birthday as I'm recording this. So that shows you how much

0:27.0

you as a community means to me. I wanted to do this on my birthday. I may just do a 30 or 45

0:33.7

minute run today. It is pretty humid and sticky and stuffy here in Austin and I don't know how it's

0:43.9

quite a hard work for me to do this together runs just because I have to concentrate on so many

0:48.8

things at the same time. And so I may only do a 30 in a 45 minute or maybe even just a 30 as of

0:56.7

me recording this. I don't know. You will know by the time this comes out. But as it is my birthday,

1:02.7

before we get running, do you mind going to subscribe on iTunes to leave a review or to actually

1:11.2

share your picture today. Do something to help me get the word out about these podcasts about

1:16.4

what I'm doing here. I feel like this is pretty unique and that's a gift you can give to me is

1:21.8

just help get the word out. Whatever that means to you, sharing it in your running group,

1:27.2

telling people about it, sharing it on social media, going to subscribe, something like that

1:32.3

really helps me out. So if you could do that before you go, if you can do that when you get back,

1:38.2

whatever that means would really, really appreciate it. All right, so are you ready to

1:46.4

get going on our run? We are going to be running along, or I don't even know the name of the trail,

1:53.4

but it's really beautiful trail. And so yeah, let's go. You ready? Three, two, and one.

2:05.8

Now I ran the direction, the other direction of this trail a few days ago. And haven't run

2:15.4

this way. So we'll see how it looks, but I've heard it's really cool. And it's a lot of gravel.

2:24.5

It's obviously a lot of different animals. The sun is just starting to come up. And so I think

2:31.2

it's going to be fun. And I may take us on a little trip to, oh, got off the path. I may take us on

2:41.8

this path. There's been completely demolition. So I was lost here a few days ago. I'm going to go
