going to be social. So that kind of knee-jerk reaction of like, I should call Ted, see what

he's up to today. Your brain has already kind of set a few things in motion to kind of trigger

responses in your mind that eventually say, I should call Ted. All right. So it's not quite as spur of the moment as you think. There's a few triggers that have been set. Your brain eventually let you in on its plans. Right. Well, much like anything, you know, people do need social interaction. I don't care how introverted you are. People need social

interaction. And so after a while, your brain just figures out a way to feed it.

Do you say hi and good morning to people when you're walking by them in the neighborhood?

Yes. That's a tough one. That's a tough study. Yeah. Because what, 10% of people say anything

maybe? Maybe. 10% of people say anything back? Maybe. 10% of people say anything back. And 2% of people don't, I would even say, shoot. 10% of people say anything back. And I would say about 80% of people give zero response whatsoever. Yeah, that's what I mean, nothing. Yeah. In the gym every morning, if I see the same dude I've seen in there forever.

And the obvious is true. You know, if I'm walking by an older couple, they will always say good morning.

Always always. They'll always say hi. They'll always say something. If I'm walking by somebody who is in their early 20s or younger, they stare forward as if I am coming at them with a knife. Yeah, it's a weird thing, man. Also going to notice if they have buds in. I mean, there's all kinds of different things now. They don't is the weird thing.
