So let's give them a little background. I mean, you're obviously, a lot of these guys know us from,

you know, your radio show, your podcast. But I think what a lot of folks don't know is you're,

you have a very interesting background in the real estate industry.

And I actually, when I was first getting to know you and I learned about how you sort of got into the real estate industry, I have a lot of questions that were left unanswered that I want to kind of address.

I'm kind of curious personally how you went from, you did some very clever things

in real estate and then you transitioned into your very successful radio show. That whole

process, I'd really like to get to know more and have our listeners know as well. And then, guys,

we're also going to talk about the real estate industry's omnipresent favorite topic lead generation.
