So, Rick, you and I were just chatting a little bit before the radio show started,

and I was sharing

with Rick the fact that his service, Home Feedback.com, was one of the services that Julie and I

used with great enthusiasm, I might add, when we sold real estate.

Now, we haven't sold real estate since really the late 90s, but the reality of it is,

is Home Feedback.com in this marketplace, along with all

the other products that Rick's company offers, which his company is called Showing Time, are

really fantastic. And it's interesting to me that a lot of you guys who have been blessed with never

really having to have listings sit on the market for a long period of time, really have no
