| 0:24.0 | We think that we need to go to the gym, we need to sweat it out. |
| 0:29.0 | We need to manipulate, pound the pavement. |
| 0:32.0 | We need to grind it out. |
| 0:34.0 | We need to do all these different things to get a notable change in our appearance. |
| 0:38.0 | Now, yes, work is a requirement for making alterations in our body composition |
| 0:45.0 | because our bodies adapt to stimulus. |
| 0:48.0 | Our bodies adapt to the conditions that we expose them to. |
| 0:51.0 | But here's the rub. |
| 0:53.0 | Our bodies are not changing in a positive way when we're in the gym itself. |
| 0:58.0 | As a matter of fact, we're breaking our bodies down when we're going through the process |
| 1:02.0 | of lifting those weights if we're actually really doing some damage. |
| 1:07.0 | You know, lifting some weights to some viable amount. |
| 1:11.0 | And so with that said, when we're doing this process, |
| 1:15.0 | it might feel good, it might feel painful. |
| 1:17.0 | For some people, even our introception, as we're going to talk about today, |
| 1:21.0 | the experience of working out is going to be different from person to person. |
