But I did especially enjoy this week's conversation. I must say with with my man Joe Megglio because as you will hear during the podcast Joe's a guy that I've known now. It's crazy. I've known him almost a decade or it is right

around 10 years now. He's a fellow Jersey guy and I knew him when he was just he's younger than me a lot younger than me I knew him when he was just a young hungry college kid and to see how much he has grown as a coach, an entrepreneur and a leader is just

amazing from day one to till now. I just love seeing people progress and

succeed in life and this is definitely one of those cases where it was like I blinked and you

know time just goes so fast and then he's sitting across from me and we're having

this conversation like man you have come a long way and just so cool to see it was you know it's like

it gets to that point where the the student then becomes the teacher because there were

many times in this conversation that I found myself jotting down some notes and

You know listening very closely to things he was saying because they just made a ton of sense he practices what he preaches

I've been to his gym multiple times we have hosted two CPPS certifications there.

I've seen it in action.

It is, it runs like a finally oiled machine.

I am envious at how his gym runs it is immaculate I cannot say enough great things

about this kid I shouldn't call him a kid anymore, but I'm old so I will and and what he's

accomplished and again you guys I've mentioned this time and time again I don't

I'm a nice guy but I don't do favors for people when it comes to this podcast.

You do not, I don't, you know how many people like friends of mine have asked me like,

can you put my son, my son wants to come on your podcast.
