Summary

Joe kicks off the show by introducing this week's sponsor, then he shares some fun stories from the amazing time he and Ashley had at Triple H's 50th Birthday party. After the show intro, Joe answers 2 training questions: The first question is from a listener who's confused about the theory of "muscle confusion" :)) He wants to know if it's better to constantly "switch things up" or will too much variety hinder his progress? The second question comes from an advanced lifter who's going on a 2-week business trip and wants to "get a sick pump" each day...but the problem is he only has 20-30 minutes and ZERO access to weights or equipment. (Joe ends up creating a solution to the problem by turning 3 ordinary bodyweight movements into 3 extraordinary, pump-producing muscle-builders!) You definitely don't want to miss this episode!

Hey guys welcome to episode number two hundred and twenty seven of the industrial strength show

0:05.0

Today's episode is powered by Tiger bomb active now for the past few weeks when speaking about Tiger Bomb active I have been

0:16.5

Talking more about my pre-workout routine but today I wanted to take a minute and talk to you guys about how I have been incorporating Tigerbaum active into my post workout routine as well

0:31.4

So what I have been doing, immediately after my training, I apply their muscle

0:38.0

gel to the main area I worked that day. So for example just earlier today I did a hit session on the

0:47.2

assault bike. As soon as I got done I applied the muscle gel to my quads, some around my adductors too, they have a tendency to get

0:56.5

tight and sore. Then I lay down, put my feet up on a bench, and I do my box breathing.

1:05.0

And I've spoken about this before.

1:07.6

I'm currently up to a five second inhale, five second breath hold,

five second exhale, five second breath hold, five second exhale, five second breath hold, etc.

1:16.0

I repeat that for four to five minutes.

1:19.8

And again, as I've mentioned on previous episodes, I do this to get right back into a

1:26.3

parasympathetic state, which is necessary for optimal recovery and digestion later in the day,

1:34.9

etc.

1:36.7

And I got to say, bringing this back

1:39.9

to the Tiger Bomb active muscle gel which was the original topic.

1:45.1

The gel has a nice cool to warm type sensation which I find to be very soothing so it really compliments my box breathing and improves my ability to relax which I have a tough time doing.

2:01.3

It helps me relax post workout, which again is just

2:06.0

crucial for kick-starting the recovery process. So I've been loving it, using it. I can't recommend it enough. As I've mentioned on previous episodes, Tiger Bomb active has other great workout products to their muscle rub is

2:26.5

perfect for pre-workout routines and helping warm up your muscles and

2:31.9

Tiger Bomb active muscle spray is perfect for those hard to reach areas

2:36.8

So if you want to help your muscles recover after workouts go to your local CVS or Rite Aid today to pick up Tiger
