So Jen we've been talking about just micro gardening in general and there is no more popular

plant than tomatoes and I have not experimented too much with micro tomatoes in the sense

I have grown very small tomato fruits but the plant wasn't necessarily small so I'm

Well micro tomatoes are one of my favorite tiny edible growl and if you can grow regular

tomato you can definitely grow a micro tomato.

As with other micro food varieties the best selection for miniature tomatoes comes from

seed catalogs and there's really a tomato for every possible container out there whether

you're looking for hanging basket, a window box or a smaller decorative pot.

I also found that many of the micro tomato plants produce fruit faster than regular indeterminate

tomatoes which makes sense they're smaller, more compact and they can get to that fruit

I like to grow them in window boxes but I also like to grow them in unusual ways as well.

One of the projects in the book I took a candy jar and I drilled a hole in it because like

we said the other day drainage is important and then I added a hanging basket variety of

tomato in there and that plant naturally curved out of the candy jar that rests on your
