copy. We've been talking about both just the general philosophy of MicroFood Gardening,

but also some interesting crops to try, starting with tomatoes yesterday.

But Jen, you've got some really cool edible flowers that are also small.

So there's some limitations here that I really like because it hones it down.

And if someone's really into this, then what should they be thinking about growing?

Sure. Well, it's no secret that I love flowers.

So I was super happy to be able to include some edible flowers in the book as well.

Nistertions, especially the mounting varieties, are really easy to pop into your micro-edible

projects.

And you can use those flower petals as colorful additions to salads.

And I really like Nistertions because their seeds are really easy to handle and plant,

especially for kids.

So there's one project in the book where we take a coffee can and you turn into a flower

plant.

The adult can prep the container and add the chalkboard spray paint.

But then the kids can decorate the container once that paint is dry and plant the seeds

in there.

So it's a nice weekend project.
