longtime listeners know, both of my kids have celiac disease and they also both have a dairy

sensitivity. And if you're not familiar with celiac disease, in short, that is a genetic autoimmune

condition where your body starts attacking itself if you get even just

a crumb of gluten. So we're really strict about keeping our bodies in our house 100% gluten-free.
