Today we welcome Mr. Timothy LiveWire Shefe,

who is considered the best free runner currently in the world.

That's quite an honor and it's one that was passed to him from Sebastian

Foucault who was a free runner we had on the show about three months ago. This is the

guy that starred in the James Bond movies that toured with Madonna and in a way it seems that he's kind of

passed the torch on to the younger generation. Tim is 24 years old which makes

him our youngest guest ever on London Real which is met on the other end by 96 year old Jock Fresco.

That's quite a contrast as you can imagine.

But Timothy is kind of the younger generation of free runners and he even described it himself.

It was like Sebastian laid the groundwork and Tim's generation is the one they're actually starting

to make money from this sport. Tim's won many of the competitions around the world. He's

traveled around the world. But Tim actually is taking it to another level as

and he's trying to find ways of adopting free running into other forms of art.

And one of the series that really stood out for me, in fact the reason he's really on the show

is that he created a series called Life and a Handstand, and it's Tim in various scenarios going to the

tube cleaning up his house but he's doing everything in a handstand and he had

one episode where he actually was homeless in a handstand and it really it spoke to me a lot he

cries on cue he he pisses on himself and it was just like I don't know it was really kind of heavy

and I was like you know there's something special in this

kid and he's a very introspective guy and thinks about his role in the greater community of

free running which can be a very selfish sport and he's a vegan and he's got a lot of other very interesting things to say
