It's going to be a crazy two weeks here.

You get to meet the guys that kind of make this sport happen and if you're not familiar with

MMA or the UFC I encourage you to tune in and learn about the guys that basically made a sport

that didn't exist say 10 years ago into something that's really

the fastest growing professional sport in the world I believe.

So very excited to have those guys and for people to get to know you know the men that work behind the scenes. This week we have

Grasse OBE on the show and for those Yanks out there that means that OBE is

the order of the British Empire which means you

get to meet the Queen and she shakes your hand and says thank you.

She works for an organization called Chance UK which provides mentoring to children five to 11 years old with behavioral difficulties.

Now this charity means a lot to me because I was a mentor, go figure about two and a half years

ago and I spent a year with a nine year old boy every

weekend for a year and then I've never seen him since and this is one of the

kind of controversial practices they have a chance UK but one that I think will make a lot more

sense to you once you listen to the show and she had a lot of interesting things to say

they've received some lottery funding recently and they're opening up at all places over the

UK and even if you don't live in England I think it's a great way just to learn

about mentoring and maybe it's the right thing for you it made big changes in my character as far as getting me involved in the community and teaching me how to deal with the children because I really had no idea how to deal with a nine-year-old kid and I figured it out.
