London Real is back. I am Brian Rose. This week we have Gregory Sams in the house.

This guy started it off back in the day in 1969 here in London with the first organic food store.

He was selling brown rice to John and Yoko

so he has a lot to say about the whole movement in the 60s and 70s the whole idea

of what you eat would actually affect your health.

Since then he went on to create the veggie burger and after that he's written two books.

One is called Uncommon Sense, one is called The Son of God, and he's a very

interesting guy who's kind of been there and done that. On top of all that, he's been in a wheelchair

since he was 18 years old and out know this guy's got a really cool

spirit about him and it was nice to be able to tap in to someone who's seen things

that happened you know a while ago and to get his perspectives on the future so I think you really enjoy

him
