Time and place. Time and place oftentimes are everything. When I'm playing golf with my buddies, sometimes on the back

things that are not very nice. We might be talking in their back swing. There could be jokes about

how bad their golf game is. It's all just buddy fun and it's time and place. There's other times

we play golf where we're very serious

or we're in a tournament or we have a match, two guys against another two guys, we're playing for

some money and you just don't go there. You know that this is a little more serious today and we're

going to play and try to win and may the best man win and it's more like it's a quieter round,

all those things. There's a time and there's a place for everything.

On inauguration day, for Donald Trump, when he went into the Oval Office, the night of

inauguration day, and signed all those executive orders and had that 90-minute news conference

and answered those questions, it was a masterclass of time and place. It was everything

encapsulated about what this administration would be. We're going to be open. We're going to say

what's on our mind. We're going to be transparent. We're going to be immediate.

There will be immediate reaction to everything and we will tell the American public everything that

we know. We will do that.

You could sense it. It has been that way for the first week and a half of his presidency.

There has been media everywhere. He has been open. He has been honest. He has been forthright.

They've talked about the drones. Everything he said he was going to do, he's done.

Time and place. There's an immediacy. There's a transparency. It is a new day

in Washington, D.C. And he's been given very high grades on that so far. Then we had a plane crash.
