Tim Tollefson is a professional runner from Mammoth Lakes, CA. Over the past five years, Tim has risen to the highest level of the sport of trail and ultrarunning, earning wins and podium performances at some of the world's most important races. He's one of the most liked and respected runners on the circuit and he's now preparing for his first attempt at North America's most important race - The Western States 100. In this conversation, we talk all about Tim's preparation for the race and why he feels well prepared for the task at hand. Tim talks about the emphasis he's placed on his psychological and emotional health and how much that's helped his athletic career.
