over good to talk to you today thanks for having me I'm excited to be on the show year two

before we talk about what's ahead let's look back a little bit your one a lot was accomplished

back in the NCAA tournament NCAA tournament win a real step forward for the program when you

zoom back and you look back and I know you haven't done any looking back lately,

it's all been working on the president moving forward.

But when you look back, what were some of the things that you were most proud of

that you were able to get done in year one?

Well, I think most importantly, getting our team to believe that they were good enough,

I think was probably our biggest task

this past season, but getting them to understand that you're more than capable of playing

at a high level consistently and getting some big wins. And that's what this team did. And I was
