You know, practice one.

We try to split it up nine periods inside, you know, just for climatization purposes and, you know,

keep the volume intensity as we ramp up here in camp.

And then, you know, our guys, you know, trained outside all summer. So we were very confident in their ability to go back outside and, you know our guys you know trained outside all summer so we were

very confident in their ability to go back outside and you know acclimatize

which they did and got some good teamwork seven-on-seven you guys were there for it

guys and gals so you know good work today I thought you know the realistic

expectation is that you know there's a number of veterans back here that, you know, they're able to, you know, recognize and understand the way to prepare in relative terms, practice, right?

The way I wanted practice to go last year at this time, we were teaching

them how to practice. So, you know, there should be that expectation that, you know, you come

into practice one that guys knew how to do the things that you expect to prepare the right way.

And I think by and large that that happened today. And then there's some young guys that

are trying to figure it out you know stay up don't pull a teammate down on the

ground run out keep your helmet on pay attention to detail all those things but that

that will come you know that's part of our job and teaching and making sure that it's getting done the right way.

You know, protocols, procedures, I know we listed those to you relative to practice.
