On today's episode I talked to the founder and visionary behind Yoga Medicine, Tiffany Cruikshank.

You might know Tiffany through her classes on Yoga Glow.

I've taken a lot of those classes.

I think they're great. One of the things I really

appreciate about her is that she works a lot on functional movement and on

strengthening the supportive muscles and activating the muscles.

So for those of us who are really flexible,

you're not just flopping into a pose,

but you're really learning how to engage

and work your body in an intelligent way in the poses.

She is a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.
