Hi, everybody, and welcome to another edition of Talking Elite Fitness, Sean Woodland, Tommy

Marquez, Lauren Khalil, and Brian Friend here with you today. Hope everyone's doing well. We're going to have a fun show. I've got a couple things we want to talk about. So much more normal day. I mean, there's things still happening. You know, there's still talk about the whole, the fallout from the thing that happened earlier this week. you know, Dave Castro heading up the sport team and Justin Berg moving on from Crosswood after 13 years.

Um, is, is there anything new? Did anyone talk to anybody? I've talked to a couple people.

There's nothing new, though. Yeah, I haven't heard, uh, I think everybody's just kind of in this

holding pattern of figuring out what the finer details

of it all are. So it's, I don't think we're in much of a different place than we were a couple

days ago. Yeah. At least from what I know. I tried to get the, you know, the temperature on people

and it was more the same, like you said, like let's wait and see. Not sure what this is going to be.

There's a lot of questions, not a ton of answers right now. But as we get more information, you know, we'll pass out along. And we have still, you know, we've reached out to Dave, reached out to dawnfall, hoping to get them on soon. Today, we're going to talk to Yellowhosta from Europe. You finished fourth there, right? To make the cross the case for the first time. Really, that was a great interview.

You and Lauren talked to him. And that guy is Euro Fakowski. He really is. He's totally,

he really is. I love that comparison. The meticulousness of, of it all, of how he prepares,

him being an engineer and like the fine tuning and then you know he uh you can

tell and i i'm always impressed by this when someone's uh you know obviously speaking well in a not

their native tongue because obviously english isn't his first language he even mentioned that

um on the back end of our interview but also in a place like, you may not necessarily be required to speak with frequently. That always just impresses me stepping into and doing a very difficult scenario, like a podcast where there might be a little bit of a delay, you know, like you're not in the same room as the person so you can't feed off of that and still, you know, be able go out there in charge so like hats off to him for taking that because I know that was probably an uncomfortable

scenario for him and yeah I was definitely getting some like big fikowsky vibes when you know the

talking about how he plans out his warmups and like the small things uh in a big way and look if you

if you've been paying attention to our good friend, Brian friend,

you've heard about this guy because Brian put him on the radar,

you're going into semis, Brian.

Yeah, you, that was the guy that you said we should probably watch for maybe,

what was it, one name, one test?
