Milton made landfall last night at Siesta Key near Sarasota, Florida.

It came ashore as an extremely dangerous category 3 hurricane.

Before it made landfall, it spawned destructive tornadoes across the state.

Authorities said there had been multiple deaths after the tornadoes.

Now the storm is bringing high winds and punishing rains as it crosses Central Florida.

It's set to move over the Atlantic later this morning.

More than 3 million customers have lost power and ocean surges could result in

up to 10 to 15 feet of water in some areas.

Number two, Kamala Harris's campaign has raised $1 billion, but it's still concerned about money.

Harris's coordinated campaign made history this week.

It became the first to raise $1 billion in less than 80 days since she entered the race.

That's according to multiple people with knowledge of the hall.

But her campaign leadership is still worried that they might not have enough to

win. And they're concerned that the news of their windfall

could hurt the campaign by dampening fundraising in the final weeks before the election.

Campaign officials say they still face significant headwinds that will require more money over the coming weeks.

Each of the seven swing states targeted by the campaign is polling within the margin of error.
