Hey, friends. Welcome back. We are in First Kings chapter six today. And we're talking about how beautiful the decorations are in the temple

and the temple itself as we've talked about the kind of the footprint of the temple is really

not that big but when you put in all of what it was and how tall it was, remember,

four and a half stories tall, and then all of the outside storage areas and the lavishness

of the decorations and the, just the expense of the fine stones that were used, it was an impressive, impressive

building.

And the Lord gave some really interesting details to how it would be decorated and especially

what would be on the walls, what people would see as they went in and out.

And interestingly, the holy place and the holy of holy places were not places that were seen

by too many people. I mean, the holy of holy place was only seen by the high priest,

and the holy place was only seen by the high priest, and the holy place was only seen by

the priests that would come in for their various shift work when they would do the various chores

that were part of the worship ceremonies. And we're not talking about that at this point. But the point I want to make
