inflation numbers plus the major retailer announcing it is closing hundreds of

stores we have all the details coming up on that ahead we're gonna begin with

the storms all around the country millions of Americans are on alert with California

getting hit by heavy rain that could trigger mudslides in areas affected by wildfires

Okay, good morning. So the two separate storms, right? The first one that caused those tornadoes, one of them in Columbia,

Mississippi, quite clear. They'll get out and do the survey to see how strong it was, but you can see the debris flying in the second video here.

Even power lines flashing. So that was one. There was another one near Coffeyville, Alabama. The debris there in the streets, the trees down, they'll have to survey that one to see if it was indeed a tornado, but it looked like they're on radar. Then the northern side of it, there was one to four inches around Chicago. Parts of the plains got more than a foot of snow. It was slip and slide around there.
