Yeah, no problems. How are the boys? Good. We, uh, Nico, uh, my youngest who had ACL surgery five months ago. It was five months out. Um, we went to this. We go to see the surgeon once a month, you know, two, three times a week, he goes to PTt and then once a month he goes and sees the surgeon therapy and yeah do physical therapy like a couple times a week and then he goes and he's a surgeon like once a month just to see how he's doing yeah make sure you know he looks at all the you know how strong your leg is there's all these metrics they have to get through for people who have gone through it or have known someone who have done it. I did it with my dog, but he did have to

go to physical therapy every week and walk in, you know, like a treadmill in the water and they

measure muscle strength. That's it. So in order for him to get cleared to play all sports,

his right leg, which he had the surgery on, has to be 95% as strong as his left

leg.

Okay.

Well, that's kind of, there's other tests that they do these hopping tests and everything else,

but that's a big one.
