Yeah, I wanted to chime really quick on that Tim Horton story. So I had, working at Tim Hortons for about 14

years, and over the span of those many years I've had so

many wacky experiences with customer disputes over like during quarters and stuff so

yeah riled up over really dumb stuff right like people will blow things way out of proportion

for for the dumb stuff and it's it's

literally over nothing at all which can be fixed with a simple remake of a drink or a food item and

that's it um so i i remember we i was working on a drive-thru and i had this one lady come through, got her coffee.

She tasted it right at the window, which is fine.

It happens all the time.

And she said, oh, you know, it doesn't taste quite right.

You know, can you, you know, add more sugar?

And I'm like, sure.

So take the drink back, add more sugar to it, and give it back to her.

She said it again.
