It's been a little bit of a longer study here, but we call this section the Holy of Holies of the of the bible now one of the reasons we call it the

holy of holies is maybe a more obvious reason because we're talking about the cross but who can

tell me quiz time see if anybody was listening.

What's another reason we would call this section,

the Holy of Holies, particularly?

Anybody want to take a stab at that one?

Yes. The veil of the temple being ripped.

This is the moment in the Bible where you and I have access to the Holy of Holies through Christ.

When it says, you know, as we studied this last weekend, that the Christ's flesh is a picture

of that veil. And when his body was broken, even as he, you know, tore the bread, you know,

we learned that Hebrews chapter 10 tells us that we enter

by a new and living way, into the holiest, by, that is to say, his flesh, the veil that was

ripped in the temple. So we spent time on that on Sunday, and we see him still, as we've been

studying this, the scene of the cross is uh is worth

slowing down and kind of taking a look at it so that's why we're mosey and through matthew here

just the you can spend a lifetime in these chapters and never do it justice so um one of the things

you got to remember about wednesday night bible study by the way we we're doing a very scratch-the-surface study in the Bible. The Bible is as deep as you

want to go. And anybody who's willing to go deep will be rewarded. And sometimes I kind of feel like
