How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. This is your host, Henry, and together we become the best part of our world's day, where I hope you're having a great day. Again, this is the second episode of the day while I'm doing the two episode a day series. You know, we're going to run this for a while. And the main reason I wanted to do this is because the overwhelming response I received

from people that are looking for growth that are wanting to continue their development. And,

you know, at the time, I'm not really prepared to do one-on-one at that large of a scale. And so I figured

adding this extra segment and tying in some of the questions I've received, some of the goals that people

want to accomplish into it in a podcast form. That way, you know, I found that a lot of people

have the same things that they're trying to overcome, including myself. And so by shining

light on it and working through it together, we can receive the results.

You know, it's not as good as one-on-one, obviously, because it's specific to you.

We can deal with, you know, the real-life setbacks and obstacles that you're facing.

But in a generic form, like we'll be able to say here, you'll be able to take pieces of it

and apply yourself and kind of coach yourself through it and you know be your

own motivator and uh leader in a sense so so in this podcast i'm going to hit some of the

questions so basically the the people that i am going to be i'm only doing two right now um coaching

i'm putting together a short list of questions that they're going to fill out for their first session,

which is going to be over the weekend.

And that way we have kind of a baseline of where we're starting from.

And, you know, when we use that time together, we're able to really be proactive and get a lot of results of it.

So in this podcast, I'm going to highlight three of those questions because I think there'll be great ones for everybody to think about, write down for themselves and answer as we get ready

for 2021 and our future and really just getting one step closer to that high vibrational person

that we are. But before we do all that, we're going to take a deep breath so that we can slow

down, zero in, and enjoy this time together. And also use this as a pivot point to if your day is already off to the right start and everything is going well, that you propel it even further up. Or if you need a momentum shift and energy shift, we're going to use that for this. That way you finish the day strong. So let's go ahead and just take a deep breath in.

And when we breathe in, we're going to suck in all the positive healing vibrational energy.
