We should probably just start putting on the business cards at this point.

Pretty much, pretty much. Well, it's keeping his toothbrush over at my place.

I got a good feeling about this one. I think we're really going to make it last.

So today we're going to be talking about civilization beyond earth at long last.

There's been a lot of anticipation around this one, and I think to start out, I would just like to clarify something,

because a lot of people I think are going to hear what I'm saying about this game and think I'm going to be penalizing it because it's not Alpha Centauri.

This is not true.

Very early on, I accepted this was not going to be a new Alpha Centauri game.

It's its own thing.

It's very different.

I am totally willing to accept this game on its own terms.

I'm not wild about the game on those terms, but I just want to make clear that this is not the case of like nostalgia,

the coloring perspective. This is, this is someone who was, whose heart was open and willing to

love again. So with that, let's, let's dive into Beyond Earth. You know, Troy Fras and I have already talked a little bit about this game
