I don't know if this resonates with you, but sometimes I get into this flow where I feel like I have to do the same thing every single day, or I go all in in one type of movement for my body, or I get really stuck on doing this one specific thing and I do it over and over again. And I lose sometimes |
| 1:29.4 | the ability to really just listen to what my body is asking of me. There is something about discipline |
| 1:35.7 | and about consistency, of course, that we know is so important for how we feel in our bodies and |
| 1:41.7 | taking care of our health. But there is also that really beautiful |
| 1:46.1 | ability that we all have to slow down enough and actually check in. So this week, I was |
| 1:52.3 | wanting to just ponder. Can we continue to stay consistent in taking care of our bodies, |
| 1:58.5 | but allow that to look a little bit different every single day. |
| 2:03.7 | How would it feel this week to have a moment to yourself to actually tune in and listen? |
| 2:10.0 | And then notice the signs and the signals that your body is giving you around, just how tired |
| 2:15.8 | you're feeling in the day, or if you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed. |
| 2:19.7 | If you have tons of energy and you're ready to go, you want to amp things up, you want to slow down. |
| 2:25.4 | What does your body actually need and how does your body actually speak to you throughout the week? |
