This weekend and today, I want you to first of all, plant some seeds for spring. Now, maybe you have a garden and you're already deep in seed planting mode. Maybe you don't, and this feels a little bit foreign and new, but doing something as simple as going to the garden store or even like a big, well-sorted grocery store will have this, buying a little bit of seed soil
