| 0:20.8 | 26 already. Like how how did that happen? I feel like it's been a very tumultuous year already. There's been so much happening in the world, so much happening in our lives. And we are not quite ready for spring yet. We're not going to be diving into any kind of spring |
| 0:38.3 | cleaning or spring energies and spring will come. Okay, we have to trust that spring will come |
| 0:44.9 | and with it will come that feeling of rebirth and new life and energy rising again. And there is |
| 0:51.7 | that tendency, especially if you live in a cold, dark place, to really |
| 0:54.9 | rush towards spring at the end of winter. And I don't want us to do that. I want us to stay really |
| 1:01.9 | anchored in what this season actually is for the final weeks of winter, to stay in this very |
| 1:09.2 | slow and introspective place. And if you haven't been in a slow |
| 1:13.5 | introspective place, I want to go there. So this week, I want us to slow, way, way, way down. |

| 1:31.2 | inside of my body. This week, I want us to slow down, really with some reverence for the |
| 1:39.4 | energy of the winter season before we start running, right, before we start picking up the pace, |
| 1:45.3 | because we know that that's coming. It always comes. That's really what spring signifies. |
| 1:49.9 | We're going to feel a shift in energy, a shift in pace. So let's spend this week, this first week |
| 1:55.5 | of March, intentionally slowing everything down. |
| 2:06.4 | And I'll give you some practices throughout this week to really practice and embody that. |
| 2:13.4 | Ways of slowing down in our day to day, ways to get really mindful in the small actions of life, |
| 2:20.3 | maybe some ways to clear some things off of our plates so that come the end of this week we feel rested yeah that's the goal I think a really good one also for where we are collectively in the world |
