| 0:00.0 | Hi friends, welcome back to the show. I hope you're having a great Tuesday so far. |
| 0:10.5 | This week is all about slowing down. And just in essence of winter and really appreciating the final weeks of winter before we dive into the higher energy |
| 0:22.9 | of spring. I want us to find ways not just to slow down throughout our day to day, to rush less |
| 0:29.3 | and stress less, of course, which is something we all aspire to do, but to slow down inside of |
| 0:36.7 | ourselves. And that's one of those things that we tend to forget about. |
| 0:41.2 | We think we have to do less in the outside world and then everything will just feel slower. |
| 0:47.1 | But there is a way to approach it from the opposite side where if we focus on slowing things down within, slowing down those racing thoughts, |

| 1:39.8 | how you have to be very fast and efficient, how you have to try to do as much as possible |
| 1:45.2 | in as short of a time as possible, how important it is for you to be productive all the time. |
| 1:53.2 | What is a storyline that you are repeating to yourself inside of yourself that actually |
| 1:59.4 | brings you more stress in your daily life. What is a belief that |
| 2:05.0 | you have about yourself or about the world that causes you stress and that makes you speed up? |
| 2:12.6 | I'll give you a couple of examples so you know what I'm going for here. A limiting belief I have had about |
| 2:18.7 | myself for as long as I can remember is that my worth is directly tied to my sense of productivity. |
| 2:26.9 | So the more productive I am, meaning the more things I accomplish and complete and get done in a day, the more valuable I feel, |
