Hi friends, welcome back to the show.

Hope you've had a beautiful Pisces inspired week.

Today as a practice, I want to jump back to the practice that we contemplated and wrote about on Tuesday.

0:19.7

And I want to put that into action. On Tuesday,

0:23.3

we talked about a form of art that you used to immerse yourself in as a child. And we talked

1:28.4

a moment to sit down and make those kinds of bracelets, right?

1:35.9

I used to, another thing I used to do when I was a kid, I used to go out into the woods and

1:40.3

look for sticks. And certain kinds of sticks have this level of bark that you can peel off the stick very easily.

1:49.7

Also, usually it has to be kind of like a young stick.

1:52.6

Can't be too old.

1:54.5

And so I would take these sticks and I would peel the bark from the sticks down varying levels
