I was not expecting this today.

I was expecting because Debbie is now well north of us.

I was expecting a rain-free morning. I was also expecting maybe a slight breeze at the moment.

It is not rain-free and the winds are calm. So I don't know if this is part of Debbie or if this is just a separate system that is moving through the Myrtle Beach area.

Either way, I've got rain yet again.

I got an email this week, actually just a couple of days ago from Susan.

Hi, Dave, I'm a new subscriber and so glad I found you.

You're giving me motivation as I listen to your podcast as I'm beginning my walking for fitness journey, beginning with your

oldest episodes and working my way forward. So those oldest episodes actually go back to July,

2020, and those older episodes don't sound like the episodes to today.

I mean, it's still me, but those first couple of dozen, several dozen episodes were me in a studio reading a blog post.

It wasn't until November 2021 that I started walking outside and were taking the walk together.

In fact, I had someone recently who is doing the same thing, and she was shocked when she got to the first episode that was recorded outside.

She's hearing wind and traffic noise and thinking it's actually happening near her.

And you have me walking in the rain and a pending hurricane.

Yeah, you and me both.
