Well, well, I'm sharing with you today something that could be useful to think about.

Something that's easy to forget, yet important to remember if you want to live a conscious present life. It's this. I have quite

a bit of travel coming up. There's some work travel, there's some pleasure travel, although I think

you can never really have business without pleasure if you know what I mean? It's got to have fun wherever you are.

But this year for me has been more busy than usual with essentially work trips like

work travel getting to do cool things in different places like television stuff and

doing talks and live events.

Very, very cool.

anyway i digress why am I telling you about work trips and stuff?

Well, I had a friend ask me because she's got some cool stuff going on to coming up.

She said, do you always travel with

Heath? Like do you always bring your husband with you on trips? And I said, yes, I

mean I would say pretty much without exception unless he's got something that he has to attend or he needs to be in Miami where we live for some reason.

We always travel together. I know look we don't have kids right so we don't have the

shared responsibility maybe one hanging back this is just the life that we've

designed it right but my answer was yes, my husband always travels with me, not

for any other reason, apart from the fact that we both enjoy it. Like's enjoyable for us. Like it's enjoyable for us to be
